Jan Drozd software hit by DDoS attack

Dear clients and users,

for last couple of days, we’ve been a target of DDoS attack. Peak traffic which was mostly filtered out by our provider was 7 Gbps. No matter the attack, most of our services operated normally and there were only short outages.

Right after the incident discovery we took measures to prevent further attacks. We cannot disclose all the details, however as the main part of counter-measures, the migration of affected services to the new and well equipped datacenter for such issues will occur today at 15:00 CEST.

It means that some of our services, unfortunately, will be unavailable for 2-3 hours today.

We’ve reported the incident to CSIRT (Czech government’s computer security incident response team) and will work closely with law enforcement to find the origin of attack.

We’re kindly sorry for any outages in our services.

Best regards

Jan Drozd
CEO
