ORCZ Law Lotus Notes database exporter is very special and custom tool. This tool can export all document files from lawor.nsf to its original format (PDF, DOC, DOCX and whatever else) to specified directory on your filesystem. Moreover, it will sort it to directories using case number. ORCZ Law (lawor.nsf) is custom designed Lotus Notes database (created by company non-affiliated with us) made for purpose to store structured data of law firms based in Czech republic.
Unfortunately, there’s no possibility within the ORCZ Law software itself to export all the data files out of the system. Users can, of course, manually one-by-one save the docs to the filesystem. But when you need to migrate data, this is really exhausting way to do it. Our export tool can do it for you. At single batch. This export tool comes with handy set of features:
- Export all documents from lawor.nsf file to the directory you specify
- Use case number to structure documents within export directory
- Export all attachments no matter the file type

FAQ
How to run and use the tool?
Lawor.nsf exporter is command-line tool and it is recommended to be used by system administrator. Please follow these steps:
- Download app
- Extract all (2) files from archive
- Locate the lawor.nsf file on the Domino server and make a backup
- Doubleclick ORCZExport.exe
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
You must run this app on computer with Lotus Notes installed. Always run the export using the backed up file, not the production file.
Why do I need to obtain license even if the software is free? Is there demo?
There’s no demo. This is software for law companies in Czech republic using outdated case management software based on Lotus Notes. Export tool was build under the special contract, thus we must keep the list of software users.
Is there any special requirement to get license?
This is software for law companies. Requests from public e-mail providers will be rejected.
Why do you provide the software for free? Most of your software is paid!
Yes, most of our software is paid, but not everything. Of course, we need to get paid as any other company to keep development running. If you would like to support us, please consider donation.
However, this export tool is different story. No matter if our software is paid or not, we believe that customer has right to choose. To comply with this idea, software developer should include features to easily export all the data stored within his system or at least provide support to customers who paid, allowing to do this task in reasonable time.
From time to time, we’re reached by customers who need to get data out of the system, which unfortunately does not comply with the idea described above. This application is result of such cooperation and we’re happy to share this tool with the world.
