During usage of our TeamSpeak server, you may receive ban if you behave in violation of our terms of service. Our moderators generally follow the rule to warn user before issuing ban. Anyway, we know mistakes can happen, so you may request an unban by writing an e-mail to [email protected]. And also, we believe in second chance. Anyway, you may write us and request unban for one of the following reasons:

1. You believe you did not violated our terms & conditions. In such occasion send as much information as you can to describe what happened. We will review you request and send you resolution as soon as possible.
2. You know you did something wrong and would like to ask for the second chance. In such occasion please send us
   1. Your banned IP address
   2. Short description of ban reason as you understand it
   3. National ID card scan/photo (both sides) or any other identity proof. In case you are asking for second chance, we take this step as it prevents misuse of the second chance.
